Ovitage® is intentionally unflavoured and unsweetened. We didn’t want to add anything in there that was unnecessary. We also wanted to leave in things that really support your body, and one of these amino acids is Cystine. Cystine does not taste great. When we were making Ovitage® and thinking about the Everee Women™ range, this became a real challenge for us, how do you balance getting real results with great taste. We came to the decision that actually facing it head on – and helping our community to incorporate Everee Women™ into their lives in their own way was the best approach.
So, as a picky eater, how have I incorporated Everee Women™ #3 into my life?
The answer for me has been to break the daily dose (2 teaspoons or 7.5 grams) into three and incorporate the smaller volumes into each of my meals.
There are a couple of other benefits to taking this approach, including;
- Improved Absorption: Smaller, frequent doses may enhance your body's ability to utilise the collagen effectively.
- Consistent Supply: Providing your body with a steady stream of collagen amino acids throughout the day supports continuous benefits.
- Easier on Digestion: Smaller doses are gentler on your digestive system than a large single dose. Healing your gut (and doing it all at once can have some bloating side effects initially).
- Customisable Routine: This approach allows you to adjust your intake based on your daily activities and preferences.
Breakfast: Rise and Shine with Ovitage® Collagen

- How to Do It: Start your day with a nutrient-packed smoothie that includes a Everee Women™ #3 powder. I like to add yogurt to mine for the consistency this gives. You can find some smoothie recipes here. Our recipes are for the inclusion of your whole day's dose. I prefer to add 1 teaspoon only to mine.
