Ingredients

- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1.25 cups milk of your choice
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup of your choice of Everee
Directions
- Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the centre and add in the wet ingredients.
- Combine until smooth with no remaining lumps.
- Lightly oil a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
- Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook until both sides are lightly golden.
- Serve on their own or add toppings such as fresh berries, banana, or maple syrup.
