Ingredients

Recipe by Everee Women- Collagen Pancakes
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.25 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of your choice of Everee

Directions

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Create a well in the centre and add in the wet ingredients.
  3. Combine until smooth with no remaining lumps.
  4. Lightly oil a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
  6. Once bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook until both sides are lightly golden.
  7. Serve on their own or add toppings such as fresh berries, banana, or maple syrup.
