Fuel your morning with a nutrient-packed plate bursting with polyphenol-rich berries, creamy lemon curd yoghurt, and a wholesome granola crunch. A delicious way to support your health and embrace the vibrant flavours of summer. Make this recipe your own by switching up the fruit or swapping granola for toasted seeds or nuts.
Ingredients

- 250ml unsweetened plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 heaped Tbsp lemon curd
- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 scoop / 2 tsp Everee
- Optional: maple syrup or honey, to sweeten
- 1 cup berries of choice (we like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
- ¼ cup granola
Instructions
- Place the yoghurt, lemon curd, lemon zest, Everee and maple syrup or honey (if using) into a bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture into the centre of a shallow, lipped plate bowl and gently spread to cover the base.
- Chop any larger berries, such as strawberries, and scatter all berries over the yoghurt.
- Finish by sprinkling over the granola and enjoy.
