Strawberry Collagen Yogurt Smoothie ↴

This smoothie combines the benefits of collagen with the probiotics and protein from Greek yoghurt. The strawberries provide antioxidants and vitamin C, which can help with collagen production. The chia seeds add omega-3 fatty acids and fibre. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie, or more ice for a thicker texture. For variations, substitute strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, or a mixed berry blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp (scoop) Everee (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 3–4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (30–60 seconds).
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Blueberry Collagen Smoothie ↴

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp (scoop) Everee (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional)
  • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness if needed and enjoy.

Blackberry Collagen Smoothie ↴

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 2 tsp (scoop) Everee (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter (optional)
  • ½ banana (optional, for creaminess)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp (scoop) Everee (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions
