
Gut Goodness Overnight Oats

Who said healthy can’t be delicious? This recipe bursts with plant‑powered goodness, combining grains, seeds and fruit for a hearty dose of fibre and long‑lasting energy from wholegrains. Everee #3 is the go‑to product for gut health, with Livaux kiwifruit extract for a prebiotic boost. Add probiotics from creamy Greek yoghurt to complete the perfect gut‑supporting blend. Prebiotics nourish the beneficial bacteria in your gut, while probiotics introduce live, healthy cultures to help maintain digestive balance.

Ingredients:

¼ cup Gut Goodness Oat Mix (or ¼ cup oats + 1 Tbsp chia seeds)

1 scoop (2 tsp) Everee #3

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger
-
½ banana, peeled and mashed

1 Tbsp nut butter of your choice

½ cup plant milk or trim milk
-
½ cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
Topping options (pick one):

Mixed berries, peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate & extra yoghurt

Grated pear or apple, pinch of cinnamon, flaked toasted almond & extra yoghurt

Banana slices, defrosted mango chunks, toasted coconut & extra yoghurt
Instructions:

In a bowl or jar, combine the oat mix (or oats + chia), Everee #3, cinnamon, ginger, mashed banana, nut butter, milk and Greek yoghurt.

Stir until evenly mixed, then cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to thicken.

When ready to eat, top with your chosen fruit, nuts/seeds and a dollop of extra yoghurt.
Make 2–3 batches at once and keep in the fridge for up to 3–4 days for an easy grab‑and‑go breakfast, lunch or snack.
