Mango Lassi

A refreshing classic from Indian cuisine, mango lassi is enjoyed at breakfast, lunch, or as a satisfying snack. We love making it with Everee #2, which adds a smooth, creamy texture that beautifully balances the tangy mango and warming spices.

Ingredients

Everee Women Recipe Mango Lassi
  • ½ cup (125ml) milk of choice (we like coconut)
  • 1 scoop Everee #2 (2 heaped teaspoons) or Everee of choice
  • 1–2 tsp runny honey or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup (60g) Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks (or fruit of choice)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lime

Instructions

  1. Place milk and Everee in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add honey, yoghurt, spice, and mango, then blend again until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey/sweetener or balance with a squeeze of lime juice.
  4. If the lassi is too thick, add extra milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
