A refreshing classic from Indian cuisine, mango lassi is enjoyed at breakfast, lunch, or as a satisfying snack. We love making it with Everee #2, which adds a smooth, creamy texture that beautifully balances the tangy mango and warming spices.
Ingredients

- ½ cup (125ml) milk of choice (we like coconut)
- 1 scoop Everee #2 (2 heaped teaspoons) or Everee of choice
- 1–2 tsp runny honey or sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup (60g) Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks (or fruit of choice)
- Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
- Optional: squeeze of fresh lime
Instructions
- Place milk and Everee in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add honey, yoghurt, spice, and mango, then blend again until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey/sweetener or balance with a squeeze of lime juice.
- If the lassi is too thick, add extra milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
