A fresh spin on a summer classic! This creamy ambrosia swaps heavy cream for protein-rich Greek yoghurt and Everee, loaded with mixed berries, seeds, dark chocolate, and the all-important marshmallows. We've added a superfood boost with ViBERi Blackcurrant Powder, rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory anthocyanins. It’s indulgent, nourishing, and stays fresh in the fridge for 3–4 days!
Perfect for pre and post-workout snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients
- 625 grams unsweetened plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 6 scoops (12 tsps.) Everee #4 or your favourite Everee
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries (defrosted)
- 1 sachet ViBERi Blackcurrant Powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup craisins (optional)
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup grated dark chocolate or chocolate chips
For topping: toasted pumpkin/sunflower seeds, extra grated chocolate or chocolate chips, marshmallows, extra ViBERi powder.
Instructions
- Place yoghurt, vanilla, Everee and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Stir in mixed berries, ViBERi blackcurrant powder, chocolate, craisins, and marshmallows.
- Place a serving of ambrosia in bowls and sprinkle desired toppings for added crunch, texture, and taste.
- If meal-prepping: divide into containers, add toppings, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
