A delicious and refreshing pick-me-up for summer afternoons when you need an energy and protein boost. Combining banana, mango, mint and Everee #3, this is sunshine in a glass.
Ingredients
- 550 ml cold water (or plant/trim milk)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen mango
- Small handful of mint
- 1 scoop (2 tsp) Everee #3
- Optional: 1–2 pitted dates for additional sweetness

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
