A delicious and refreshing pick-me-up for summer afternoons when you need an energy and protein boost. Combining banana, mango, mint and Everee #3, this is sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 550 ml cold water (or plant/trim milk)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • Small handful of mint
  • 1 scoop (2 tsp) Everee #3
  • Optional: 1–2 pitted dates for additional sweetness

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy!
