Dosage

Recommended daily dose of Everee #3 is 7.5g - 1 scoop or about 2 heaped teaspoons.

Traditional collagens are established as effective in the range 2.5-15g (12) in studies on women experiencing perimenopause. The multiplying impact of the high cystine component of Everee #3 is to stimulate greater protein synthesis (2), providing effectiveness at the lower dosage range compared to conventional collagen.

Each dose contains 600mg of Livaux®, the recommended dose for prebiotic function.
