Collagen Pancakes

These Collagen Pancakes are a perfect way to enjoy a protein-packed, fluffy breakfast while reaping the benefits of Everee’s ovine collagen. Designed to support skin, joints, and overall wellbeing, this recipe blends Everee’s Ovitage® with wholesome ingredients to create a satisfying meal that’s easy to prepare. Whether you're fuelling up post-workout or treating yourself to a leisurely morning, these pancakes are a delicious and healthy choice.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of Everee Women™ #3

Directions:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Create a well in the middle and add in wet ingredients.
  3. Combine until smooth and no remaining lumps
  4. Lightly oil desired frying pan over a medium-high heat
  5. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of pancake batter into frying pan
  6. Once larger bubbles form on the surface, flip over the pancakes. Cook until both sides are lightly golden in colour
  7. Serve on own or add toppings as desired
